At Wilshire we’ve worked hard to break the glass ceiling and focus recruitment efforts to add more women to our team. We proud to say that 50% of our leadership team and 46% of our Senior Strategic Advisors are women. Parity will remain one of our permanent priorities.  We would like to acknowledge and celebrate the talent the Women of Wilshire bring to our clients.
