Daisy Roberts, RHIA
Senior Strategic Advisor
Daisy Roberts is a Senior Health Information Services Consultant for The Wilshire Group specializing in HIM and Revenue Cycle consulting, systems implementation, and project management. Daisy joined The Wilshire Group in 2009 where she served as both a Project Manager and HIM Consultative resource for implementation of Epic’s HIM and Revenue Cycle suite of products in a large academic hospital. Daisy has also served as the Lead Project Manager for ICD-10 implementation across a major health system and most recently as Project Manager for multiple successful implementations of 3M’s 360 Encompass product suite for Computer Assisted Coding and CDI in large academic hospitals/health systems.
Daisy is an experienced leader with 20 plus years of progressive Health Information Management and Revenue Cycle leadership experience at facilities of all sizes. She has performed extensive Project Management, HIM Management, and HIM Consulting engagements – focusing on software implementation; departmental assessment, re-engineering and optimization; change management; best practice development; staffing analysis; and workflow re-design. Daisy has also performed extensive HIM department interim management with direct oversight of all HIM and Coding operational functions. Prior positions include Project Manager for a leading HIM Software vendor, outsourced HIM Department Director, and HIM Department Manager and Supervisor.
Daisy received her BA in Health Information Administration from College of St. Scholastica in Duluth MN. She holds an RHIA credential and is an active member of AHIMA and CHIA. Daisy currently lives in northern California with her family.
