Rebecca has worked in healthcare with Epic’s EHR products since 2002 across many different healthcare organizations, ranging from academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, community hospitals, and federally qualified health centers. During her eight years working at Epic she engaged in a number of system implementations, both enterprise and revenue cycle-focused. She also helped clients with implementation planning, change management, operational readiness, revenue cycle management, post-live stabilization, and optimization.
After Epic Rebecca transitioned into an operations role at a large academic medical center in Madison, Wisconsin, as the Director of Registration and Technical Services. Rebecca used her strong knowledge of technology and operations to create a centralized appointment center, design innovative arrival spaces for ambulatory clinics and hospitals, develop new staffing models, and improve patients’ access to care and flow through the system.
