Marcie Carleton’s 15-year career is hallmarked by partnering with business executives to transform organizations, implement new staffing models, and execute client talent and acquisition strategies.

She brings a results-focused energy and passion to her strategic role in human capital management with expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions and programs to deliver transformational impact and change.

Marcie’s data-driven, collaborative, and diverse approach, combined with a client-first mindset, allows her to strategically scale human capital functions and provide a value-added talent network of experienced revenue cycle leaders to lead your departments through change or a transition in leadership.

She is responsible for all aspects of people management and talent strategy, aligning global talent to growth opportunities to help drive transformation and delivering forward-thinking human capital services and solutions for advisory services, direct hire, and consultative services.

Prior to joining the Wilshire Group, Marcie was the HR Manager & Corporate Recruiter for an onsite clinic care team that provided primary care to labor union workers.  Marcie was also the corporate recruiter for a 225-bed hospital system in Indiana.

Marcie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and holds a current PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification and an aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI as well as a current PRC (Professional Recruiter Certification) from AIRS and received a CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) from HFMA.  Marcie also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from HRCI, an OSHA-10 Certification from the University of South Florida, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from ESSEC Business School.

Marcie received the Great Recruiters Certified badge, an annual award given to organizations and individuals who meet a certain level of excellence. This award recognizes the individual recruiters who have earned the highest level of achievement on the Great Recruiters platform.
