Greg Raddemann
Senior Strategic Advisor
Greg Raddemann is a Senior Strategic Advisor and has been with the Wilshire Group since 2023. While his career has spanned across the healthcare and FinTech industries, his attention to detail and fun, welcoming approach to work and life has always been a constant.
Greg began his career at Epic, working on the Resolute Hospital Billing quality assurance team, where he learned the ins and outs of the software and eventually managed a team of software testers. He later transferred into a project manager role, where he managed the hospital billing and revenue cycle aspects of 6 implementations and provided oversight and advisory services on many others. His Epic implementation and post-live optimization experience spanned all types of healthcare systems and product mixes, including hospital billing integration with patient access, utilization, clinical charge capture, coding, professional billing/SBO, and numerous third-party systems/services. Throughout his career at Epic, he provided direct, onsite support to roughly 50 customers. He also held various roles such as Post-Acute Care Rev Cycle Implementation Lead, HB Customer Application Success Owner, Recovery Audit Contractor Implementation Lead, and HB Design Phase Implementation Lead.
Greg later switched to the financial technology industry, moving into a program manager role working in the corporate innovation lab of a large financial institution that was looking to diversify and bring new, innovative products directly to consumers. As part of a small startup-like innovation team, they utilized agile principles using The Lean Startup methodology and took 7 new product ideas through the product development lifecycle from ideation to selling live, in-market. Greg had the fortunate opportunity to get to wear many hats, with wide-ranging responsibilities including business prioritization, process development, vendor management, business resiliency, technical implementation, budget management, experimentation management, marketing campaign creation, consumer interviews, and copywriting to name a few.
Greg currently lives in the Madison, WI area.
