Elizabeth brings 20+ years of healthcare experience. She started her journey in healthcare insurance and progressed through claims, inpatient, and outpatient clinical settings. Her last 10 years have been focused on operations and Epic IT systems build.
Elizabeth started her journey with Epic with her hospital’s initial implementation. She helped develop and define a centralized template build team. The team was an operational and IT hybrid that is rarely seen in the Epic community. The unique design had operational oversight and change management with IT build and maintain ownership. She developed an efficient model for project intake and system build that greatly reduced turnaround time.
Elizabeth specializes in process improvement that delivers an intuitive system build for end-users while focusing on low maintenance for IT.
