Daniel Bianchini is a Senior Strategic Advisor specializing in Revenue Cycle consulting and project management. Daniel brings a deep understanding of best practices alongside a creative, solution-oriented mindset to develop efficient and curated workflows that drive long-term success. Daniel started his journey at Epic on the Hospital Billing Implementation Team and later moved overseas to the Epic Singapore office where he implemented Cadence and Prelude. Additionally, he spent a year as a Revenue IT Manager at a safety net health system in NYC that was undergoing a merger and an Epic implementation. As an IT manager, Daniel coached his analysts into system experts while guiding Revenue Cycle leadership through their implementation.
Daniel joined the Wilshire Group in 2021 and used his diverse Epic experience in a Change Management and Reporting Lead role for an Epic Revenue Cycle Implementation and Rollout. Daniel guided Operational success by designing and implementing a series of custom dashboards that enabled leadership to have relevant data immediately at their fingertips. Moreso, Daniel designed and led a training program to onboard Operational users to SlicerDicer as part of an initiative to create a culture of self-service reporting.
Daniel currently lives in Easton, PA with his wife (Jennifer), his puppy (George), and 2 bunnies (Theodore and Maple).
