Daniel Bianchini is a Strategic Advisor specializing in Revenue Cycle consulting and project management. Daniel brings a deep understanding of best practices alongside a creative, solution-oriented mindset to develop efficient and curated workflows that drive long term success. Daniel started his journey at Epic on the Hospital Billing Implementation Team where he implemented Epic’s Hospital Billing application across several academic and children’s hospitals. Later, Daniel moved to Epic’s Singapore office where he implemented Epic’s Cadence and Prelude applications for the national health system. As an implementer, Daniel specialized in workflow design and development project management.
Lastly, Daniel spent a year as a Revenue IT Manager at a safety net health system in NYC that was undergoing an Epic implementation. As an IT manager, Daniel coached his analysts into system experts while guiding Revenue Cycle leadership through their implementation.
Daniel currently lives in Easton, PA with his wife (Jennifer), his puppy (George), and 2 bunnies (Theodore and Maple).
