Tim Holland
Director of People & Culture
Tim Holland is a Senior Strategic Advisor with The Wilshire group with 13 years of Revenue Cycle and Access experience in various Hospital operation roles and a total of eight years of Epic front-line experience. Tim also recently completed a two-year term as a voting Board Member for The National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM), representing the nine states of the NAHAM Southwest Region.
He has been involved in eight separate Epic go-lives throughout his career ranging from multi-specialty clinic facilities to large scale health systems. Prior to joining The Wilshire Group, Tim served as a Regional Director of Admission Services for a large, three-time HFMA MAP Award winning, multi-specialty health system in East Texas, and was responsible for the front-end patient access functions of six Hospitals, six Emergency Rooms, and a mixed assortment of off-site outpatient locations. Tim possesses the unique ability to create streamlined Access workflows from both an operational and technological perspective, which has consistently lead to: improved patient and associate satisfaction, , increased POS Collections, and decreased “front-end” denials.
Tim holds a BBA in Management and an MPA in Healthcare, both from the University of Texas at Tyler, and holds a current CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Manager) Certification from NAHAM. Tim has presented at several Epic UGM, XGM, and NAHAM Conferences over the course of his career.
