Daisy Roberts is a Senior Strategic Advisor for The Wilshire Group specializing in Health Information Management and Revenue Cycle consulting, systems implementation, and project management. Daisy has been with The Wilshire Group since 2009, serving as both a Project Manager and HIM Consultative resource for the implementation and optimization of Epic’s HIM and Revenue Cycle applications. Daisy has also served as Project Manager for large-scale initiatives across the revenue cycle such as the successful replacement of clearinghouse vendors, collection agency implementation, ICD-10 implementation health system-wide, and multiple implementations of 3M’s product suites for Computer Assisted Coding and CDI in large academic hospitals/health systems.

Daisy is an experienced leader with twenty-plus years of progressive Health Information Management and Revenue Cycle leadership at facilities of all sizes. She has performed extensive Project Management, Change Management, Operations Management, and Consulting engagements – focusing on software implementation, departmental assessment, best practice development, staffing analysis, KPI/metrics development and monitoring, and overall workflow design, re-engineering, and optimization. Daisy has also performed extensive interim management with oversight of all HIM operational functions, and responsibility for cross-functional collaboration within the revenue cycle and with information technology departments.

Daisy received her BA in Health Information Administration from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth MN. She holds a RHIA credential and is an active member of AHIMA and CHIA. Daisy currently lives in northern California with her family.
