Patti Consolver is a highly accomplished, versatile, and respected revenue cycle professional and brings nearly 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Wilshire, she spent most of her career as a system leader in a large 25-acute care hospital healthcare system where she was responsible for the strategic oversight and the development of the overall Access infrastructure, metrics ownership and cross-revenue cycle collaboration. In addition, she has created and was responsible for establishing the operations and management of centralized virtual intake contact centers that support pre-service financial clearance, pre-registration, pre-authorization and verification, pre-service revenue cycle initiatives, and eligibility systems for multi-site and centralized operations. She orchestrated the installation of advanced call center and virtual intake communications technologies, including automated call delivery, resource management, predictive dialer, audio recording technology, online pre-registration, two-way texting, online scheduling, and online pre-pay and text notification.

Through her extensive accomplishments and industry leadership, she has earned a reputation as being a thought leader who is equally as analytical as she is visionary. Patti has a reputation for sound business acumen and versatility in adapting to new roles, tasks, applications and environments within the ever-changing patient access and revenue cycle profession. She is published and has been recognized nationally for her leadership and commitment to the field of patient access. She also served on the NAHAM Executive Board of Directors from 2000 to 2020.  Most notably, as President in 2009-2010, Executive Delegate 2016-2020 and Epic User Group Chair 2016-2020.  Patti was listed by Becker’s Hospital CFO Report as one of the “Female RCM Leaders to Know” in both 2017 and 2018.
